Brazil’s Os Mutantes are coming back with Haih

For decades, Brazilian psych-rock band Os Mutantes have been widely known and respected for their Tropicalia sound.

Devendra Banhart asked if he could be their roadie, and Beck said ‘for years it was pretty much the only thing I listened to.’ Now, after 35 years away, Os Mutantes are finally back and set to release their first new album in years.:

I’ll admit I’m terribly excited to see interest in Os Mutantes growing. The group’s new album, Haih, will be out on September 7th on Anti Records.
