Utah has a pretty great underground scene, even if they wrap up shows before 9:30.
The trio that makes up Return to Sender started playing together at ages 15-17 and have been on a mission to escape Provo ever since. Fast forward five years and they’ve signed with LA-based FiveOne records and prepped their debut LP, The Grand Exposure, hitting stores August 5.
Mixing shoegazer, funkadelic groove, indie angst and even atmospheric, Return to Sender’s new album is worth all the postage in the world.
