Today the collaborative duo announced the release of their latest full conceptual mixtape, The Hood Internet vs. Chicago, set for FREE digital release next Tuesday, May 27th via The Hood Internet’s blog.
The new 23-track mixtape is a tribute to the city DJs STV SLV and ABX call home (Chicago…in case you’re a bit slow), and pits Chicago rappers against Chicago bands, including Kid Sister, Wilco, Kanye West, Andrew Bird, The Cool Kids, The Smashing Pumpkins and R Kelly. Here’s a track in advance:
