Radio America, who just dropped their debut called Raise High (Mother West Records), got the chance to work with Charles Newman (Magnetic Fields) while recording at Mother West studio out in CA. Big plus.
Then they had their their song “Mahabharata” (which is good, btw) featured on the CW’s One Tree Hill in January with none other than Kevin Federline lip syncing over their song. Big minus.
But there’s still hope. The group have a sweet new video, two tracks are growing on me and a slot opening for Be Your Own Pet next Wed, Feb 20th at Mercury Lounge.

The boys are finishing up some last touches on their You Will Pay for This EP, slated for release in early March. We’ll let you know when it’s out.
