First they won't acknowledge a glaring flaw in their product and then they market it to the hilt with little to no support when things go wrong.<br>You know why Kodak doesn't have to advertise their cameras or Ferrari doesn't have to push their cars? Because they are good products, they have good name recognition and they are reliable. You know why a company like flip needs to advertise? To sucker people into buying their malfunctioning crap and make a profit while leaving the consumer out in the cold when it fails. <br>If the camera breaks and it's outside of the 90 manufacturer warranty, guess what? Sucks to be you. If the software fails and you call for assistance, not only do you get to sit on hold forever but, it sucks to be you because hey, they cannot help you. <br>So overall, don't waste time or money on this product. Clearly Cisco bought themselves a lemon!
