
–Deftones: The Deftones are back with their first full album since 2003’s self-titled masterpiece. With production from Bob Ezrin (Alice Cooper, Lou Reed, Pink Floyd) and guest vocals on “Mein” from Serj Tankian of System of a Down fame, there’s a lot to look forward to on Saturday Night Wrist coming out on Oct. 31.

–DFactor, the NYC singer-songer-rocker-blogger, has released September’s cover song in his “12 Covers-12 Months” of rock song covers. This time its “The Brides Have Hit Glass” by Guided by Voices. Check it out here.

I’m really looking forward to the Deftones’ new album…thinkin it might be a good change of pace from the majority of what I’ve been listening to lately…nice local blog! really dig the header
