From TheHollywoodReporter.com today:
NBC Universal is preparing to take the iPod plunge. Sources said that NBCU and Apple are set to announce a major licensing pact that will make programs from the NBC broadcast network, USA Network, Sci Fi Channel and other NBCU outlets available for download-on-demand viewing on iPod devices via Apple’s iTunes music store service.

This is huge news for us looking for more MP4 content. I’d love to watch Conan on my commute, and you know Law and Order, The Office and My Name is Earl are all going to be huge. I hope the peacock creates some dedicated Vodcasts that are soley pod programming, too.

Could the best show EVER, Arrested Development, live on as a podcast? What’s it worth to you … $1 a download? $10?

Or Showtime could just go ahead and pick it up. Fucking FOX.
